Dr. Jenny Brown is a leading voice in child, couple, and family mental health, with over four decades of experience across Australia, the USA, and the UK. A family therapist, researcher, and author, her career has been grounded in Bowen family systems theory and a deep commitment to strengthening families by empowering parents.

Jenny is the author of Growing Yourself Up: How to Bring Your Best to All of Life ’ s Relationships and Facilitating Parents ’ Agency in Child and Adolescent Mental Health: Helplessness to Hope. Her forthcoming book with Bloomsbury USA, The Parenting Paradox: How to Love Your Children by Giving Them Space to Grow, will be released soon.

She has a strong presence as a regular speaker at schools, mental health orgainsiations, and conferences, where she is known for her engaging and practical approach to family mental health. Jenny also hosts her own podcast, and is a sought-after guest on other podcasts and radio programs.
